We scaled from 0→7+ figures in a couple months. Our next goal... - $30M/y in revenue - < 80 person headcount To do this, we’re building out our ENTIRE Company OS on GitHub. And how that's powering ops through Claude Code. Tons of people asked me how to set this up themselves. So I'm making it available to the public. What's inside: 1) Company OS blueprint with full folder structure and .md guides 2) GTM Engineering plugin with pre-built workflows 3) 5 ready-to-use GTM skills (covers everything from outbound copy to ICP modeling to discovery prep) 4) Notion guide on getting started with Cursor 5) The exact file architecture we use across all client projects Want in? Reply “OS” and I'll send you the link. (MUST BE FOLLOWING)

I've spent the last few years working with dozens of enterprise and YC-backed sales orgs. The most important thing I learned from these $100M+ sales teams: They’re using AI WAY differently than everyone else. The gap between teams using AI well... and teams not using it at all... Is getting scary. So I created a single resource that covers all of it. AI for sales in 2025 - from top-of-funnel to closed-won. Inside, I’ve included: • 16 AI vetted tools the top 1% are using. • 18 AI use-cases broken down by funnel stage • 3 full prompt frameworks you can copy and paste today • Complete inbound and outbound workflow diagrams • A model comparison guide (GPT 5 vs Claude vs Perplexity vs Gemini) • The best thought leaders to follow so you can stay up to date For the next 48 hours, we're giving away the full high-res PDF for free. If you want access: Comment "PDF" and I’ll personally DM it to you. (MUST BE FOLLOWING) PS If you're in sales or outbound, this will save you months of experimentation.

The agency owners who figure out Hermes in the next 90 days are going to look like geniuses in 2027. The problem is most agency owners don't have time to figure out the install, where to start, or what to actually hand it first. So my team built an 83-page playbook that does it for you. Inside: — The 5 daily prompts that turn it into a second brain — Plain English setup for Mac, Linux, and Android — How to lock it down without torching client data — 8 copy-paste workflows across reporting, outreach, sales, and ops — The cron trick that drops token spend by 90% Your competitors are sleeping on this. Comment HERMES and I'll send it.
GREG ISENBERG@gregisenberg

how to set up hermes agent step by step. built-in memory, 40+ tools, works on your phone, and what to think of hermes vs openclaw: 1. hermes is a personal AI agent that runs in your terminal. think of it like open claw but with built-in memory, 40+ tools out of the box, and 90% cheaper token costs. you install it with one command. 2. the 3 problems with open claw that hermes solves: no memory (you keep repeating yourself), constant gateway restarts, and zero visibility into what you're spending on tokens. 3. hermes remembers everything. every completed task gets saved to memory. it searches through past logs to find solutions. over time it literally gets smarter at your specific workflows. 4. connect it to open router. you see exact costs per model per task. free models rotate weekly. one founder went from $130 every five days on open claw to $10 on hermes. same output. 5. it comes preloaded with skills. apple notes, imessage, find my, browser, web search, image generation, cron jobs. no hunting for plugins. 6. connect it to obsidian so it reads your entire vault. connect it to gstack for your dev environment. create custom skills for your specific workflows. 7. the biggest money saver: have it write code once for recurring tasks. then it runs without burning tokens every time. stop paying an LLM to do the same scrape or report daily. 8. run it on android via telegram. name your agents. talk to them like coworkers. in this episode imran shows you how to set this up. 9. you can run it bare metal, in docker, or serverless on modal. pick your risk level. i begged @imranye to come on @startupideaspod and walk through the full installation live. he made it impossibly clear. if you've heard of Hermes Agent and want the clearest explanation of how to get set up like a pro let me know what you want me to cover on the next ep this is the best personal agent setup video on the internet right now. watch

I fully reverse-engineered Ramp's internal AI operating system. Their system — called Glass — is how they got 99% of their entire company using AI every single day. 350+ reusable workflows. Every tool connected at first login. Memory that refreshes every 24 hours. Automations running while everyone sleeps. I partnered with my engineering team and we broke down every component inside it. Then we rebuilt the whole thing for marketing agencies. 76 pages. Every system. Every layer. Every step. Steal it. Comment "OS" and I'll send it directly. Must be a following to receive auto DM
Eric Glyman@eglyman

99% of Ramp uses ai daily. but we noticed most people were stuck — not because the models weren't good enough, but because the setup was too painful and unintuitive for most. terminal configs, mcp servers, everyone figuring it out alone. so we built Glass. every employee gets a fully configured ai workspace on day one — integrations connected via sso, a marketplace of 350+ reusable skills built by colleagues, persistent memory, scheduled automations. when one person on a team figures out a better workflow, everyone on that team gets it and gets more productive. the companies that make every employee effective with ai will compound advantages their competitors can't match. most are waiting for vendors to solve this. we decided to own it.

The ideal place for a family compound isn't just a state – it's a formula: Rural county Outside city limits 5-20+ acres (space for privacy, gardens, animals) 30-60 minutes from a hospital Loose zoning (multiple homes allowed) Enough neighbors to feel safe, but not boxed in 15-30 minutes from a local downtown or hardware store Climate you enjoy (mild winters, long growing season) Reliable utilities or easy off-grid access Year-round road access Land that fits your lifestyle (pasture, forest, ponds, orchards) Water access - ponds, creeks, or wells Sun & wind - south-facing slopes, natural protection

We’re hiring a Director of Media / Founder Media Operator at BOLT FARM TREEHOUSE (Whitwell, TN + future locations). This is a builder role, not a comfy marketing job. How the $2,000 works: You tag / DM-intro someone or send them this post. They apply and mention you as the referrer. If we hire them and they stick through our trial period, you get $2,000 cash. Real money wired to you. Who you should tag: Lives in Alex & Leila Hormozi’s world, not casually, obsessively. Has grown a founder‑led channel or media brand before. Believes hooks > cameras; volume + iteration > perfection. Loves shipping 3–5 shorts a day more than building decks. What they’ll do: Ship 3–5 short‑form videos per day across IG/FB/YouTube Shorts. Run a weekly Hook Lab (30–50 hooks/week from winners). Direct editors to a 48‑hour SLA and remix winning formats fast. Turn Seth & Tori Bolt’s world into daily, cinematic, scroll‑stopping content. If one specific person popped into your head while reading this: Tag them. DM this to them. Make the intro. If we hire them because of you, you get $2,000 for a connection you already had. Good people know good people. Help us find the operator who can build this media machine. Thank you! Apply here: lnkd.in/eEKEZB43

If you make any New Year resolutions, let it be this one: get 1% better every day. Not louder. Not busier. Not chasing overnight transformation. Real growth is built in small, consistent improvements, showing up a little clearer, a little more focused, a little more intentional than yesterday. Over a year, that 1% compounds into something meaningful. In leadership. In relationships. In health. In business. Progress doesn’t need a dramatic reset. It needs commitment to the next right step. Here’s to building a year that actually lasts.

I shared this framework with my team today as we prepare for the year ahead. Before setting new goals, I take inventory. Not just of metrics or outcomes, but of habits, thinking, and patterns. I use a simple framework every year: START. KEEP. STOP. KEEP: What’s actually working? The habits and rhythms that brought life and momentum. STOP: What’s draining energy but still taking up space? Old patterns. Unnecessary pressure. Things we’ve outgrown but never released. (Pro tip: this list is usually the longest.) START: What habits will take you to the next level? Not someday habits. Not “when things slow down.” Habits you can start now. Growth doesn’t start with a new calendar. It starts in your mind. This week is a good time to slow down, get honest, and decide who you’re becoming next. What’s one thing you’re intentionally stopping as you head into the new year?

For the first time ever, I got to watch @NEEDTOBREATHE as a fan. No guitar. No in-ears. Just me, the music, and a thousand memories flooding in.
I stood shoulder to shoulder with my wife and brother in the crowd. I thought about the long drives. The big dreams. The fans. The way God has shown up again and again through every song, every season, every step. It’s a rare gift to watch something you helped build keep growing, keep glowing. I’m proud of what was… and excited for what’s still being written in the band’s story, and in mine. Excited to be back on stage with the band this week for the 2025 leg of the acoustic tour. Who will I see out there? 👇

Bolt Farm Treehouse didn’t make the @inc5000 list just because of the mountain views. We made the list because of these people: The ones who work late. Think ahead. Care deeply. Go the extra 1% — even when no one’s watching. They’re the reason guests leave feeling rested, reconnected, and inspired. They’re the reason this mountaintop feels like magic. We surprised them with awards to say thank you — because the truth is, you don’t build something like Bolt Farm alone. You build it with a team that refuses to settle.
