We are tracking a rare all-snow setup for the Carolinas this weekend. It’s still a bit too early to talk specific accumulation numbers, but the signal is getting stronger.

Cold Air: This will be a cold event. We aren't looking at a messy mix—this looks like straight snow.
Timing: Impacts are likely to be very late Friday - Saturday, lasting through Monday morning.

The Setup: When and where the low forms is key. We have plenty of deep cold air in place, so there will be no mixing.

So last night, Elon Musk blocked me and called me a “retard.”
Not because I attacked him.
Not because I insulted him.
But because I asked him a question.
Elon posted data showing that white populations in large cities are declining relative to minority groups, and then declared, “Whites are a dying minority.”
I replied with a simple question: “Why is this a problem?”
That was it.
Within an hour, I was blocked. Elon didn’t answer the question. Instead, he implied I was mentally deficient and retweeted an out-of-context post, conveniently after blocking me so I couldn’t respond.
Elon, I remember when you claimed to care about free speech, open debate, and criticism. All I did was ask why this was supposedly a problem. And the fact that that question triggered this reaction tells us everything.
None of us are 100% “white.” Race is a social construct, not a biological threat level.

FACT CHECK: the current subsidies of the ACA go to American citizens not to the insurance companies.
Anyone who has ever bought Health Insurance knows this:
- You pick your health plan
- And the government lowers your bill with the subsidy or you pay full price and you get the money directly paid back to you as a tax refund.
In other words, this changes nothing, other than the fact that you will get the money before you buy your insurance instead of after.

A plane crash at an airport in Iredell County resulted in multiple deaths on Thursday, the sheriff confirmed.
The Cessna C550 airplane crashed at Statesville Regional Airport around 10:15 a.m. on Dec. 18.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) told CBS News that six people were aboard the plane. It was not immediately clear whether there were any survivors.
