@iDrSunny Good question! With today's tools & AI, building from scratch is so much easier & cost-effective. It lets us create exactly the product/business we envision, rather than fitting an existing mold. Question is: which approach truly results in a superior product?

Curious so asking: why are you all building from scratch rather than buying ready made cashflowing businesses and then adding your skillsets to those businesses? Would love to know Disclaimer: We originally built wealth through the latter and will continue to double down on that whilst also building and trialling things from scratch.

@Dr_Done_ Is this partly the reason why patients say the Mental Health service couldn't do anything to help them?

The anti-GP violence, abuse & aggression continues unabated. This is our waiting room @wilsonstsurgery y’day after a patient trashed it. Negative media narrative, anti-GP rhetoric, unrelenting demand & unrealistic expectations leads to this level of violence. Where will it end?

This boy, our 14yr old son Benjamin. Many stayed silent. We didn’t. Benjamin paved the way for others. You’re welcome.

Tua's first injury would have been a Criteria 1 for the player to be removed immediately and permanently from the field of play based on @WorldRugby 's protocols.

Many lessons to be learnt from Tua Tagovailoa's recent #NFL related head injury. An immediate normal concussion assessment protocol may not always recognise a #concussion. When there is other evidence, clinical judgement should supersede protocols.
