I had an issue @Tesco. After paying for shopping the trolley stopped moving at the door. As it was unexpected, it stopped, I didn't, and so I bashed my stoma on the handle. It hurt. An assistant came, told me it was fine. It wasn't. I can't find how to complain. Any help welcome.
