A veteran had hands put on him at Midland City Hall, He called a Point of order when someone on the Board was saying something that wasn’t true! The Mayor sent the Cops on him a came back and filed a Complaint on her. This is an intimidation tactic to stop you from doing your job as a Citizen! He had every right to clarify with a point of order but obviously the mayor knew she was lying. This is what happens when elected officials become Tyrants.

@Serenitee_Sam By law, you don't have to give your ID for a trespass warning they tell you that you can't be there, and then you get the chance to leave. If you come back then your in trouble

Officers from the Fort Myers Police Department in Florida were dispatched to a local Hooters restaurant. The manager had called the police to request that a male customer be formally trespassed from the property. According to the manager, the customer had been causing a disturbance the previous week by "running his mouth" to staff and other patrons. Although he was asked to leave multiple times during that prior incident, he initially refused, only fleeing when the manager went inside to call the police. One week later, the man returned to the restaurant, prompting management to call law enforcement to have him officially banned. When officers approached the man at the bar, they informed him that management wanted him trespassed. The situation quickly became tense as the customer grew highly argumentative. He began hurling verbal insults at the business manager. He repeatedly questioned why he was being forced to leave and continues to cause a disturbance. The officers repeatedly warned him to calm down, settle his tab, and stop creating a disturbance, noting that his disruptive behavior could escalate the situation into an arrest for causing a scene or breach of peace. After the man finally handed over his information to settle his bill and process the trespass warning, officers ran his name through their database. The system flagged an active, outstanding county warrant for his arrest. When officers went to place him in handcuffs, the man was shocked, repeatedly asking what the warrant was for. Officers informed him that the system indicated a charge related to the illegal possession of a firearm. The man strongly denied the charge, claiming: He had never been stopped or caught with a firearm. He did not own any firearms. He had an employee waiting outside who could drive his work truck home. The responding officers maintained a professional demeanor, explaining that while the warrant was confirmed in their system, a secondary verification process—including a fingerprint match—would be conducted at the county booking facility to ensure he was indeed the correct individual listed on the warrant. He was then placed into the police cruiser and transported to jail. There are no current public updates to this arrest available.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: A reality check for the "Customer is Always Right" crowd. Let’s talk about something that shouldn’t need to be said, but judging by the daily chaos on our timelines, it desperately does: Walking into a place of business does not give you a temporary license to act a fool. We need to completely dismantle this toxic mentality that because you are you, because you are paying for a service, or because something didn't go exactly your way, you suddenly have the right to cause a scene, throw a tantrum, and treat workers like they are subhuman. The "Rules for Thee, But Not for Me" Delusion Some of y'all have gotten entirely too comfortable throwing adult tantrums in public. Let's break down the facts: Paying for a service is a transaction, not an ownership stake. Buying a $7 coffee or a $50 dinner doesn't mean you bought the soul of the person serving it to you. Minor inconveniences are part of life. Delays happen. Mistakes happen. Out-of-stock items happen. It is called reality. Throwing a fit won't magically spawn a missing item from the back, but it will make you look entirely unhinged. The Golden Rule still applies: If you wouldn't tolerate a stranger coming into your home or your workplace, screaming in your face, and disrupting your peace, why on earth do you think it's acceptable to do it to someone else? Employees Are Not Your Emotional Punching Bags Frontline workers, retail staff, and service employees are out here trying to make a living, pay their bills, and survive in an already stressful world. They are dealing with understaffing, corporate pressures, and supply chain issues they have zero control over. The bottom line: Employees shouldn't have to add "managing a grown adult's emotional meltdown" to their job description. They deserve a safe, peaceful environment to do their jobs. They are human beings first. Respect Is a Two-Way Street If you walk into an establishment demanding respect, you need to look in the mirror and ask yourself if you’ve actually earned it. Respect isn't something you get to demand while acting like a tyrant. Next time you feel a public meltdown coming on, try this simple thought experiment: Conduct yourself in the exact same manner you would expect someone to conduct themselves if they were walking into your business, your office, or dealing with your family. Let’s Normalize This: If you see someone treating staff like garbage, don't just look away. Support the workers. And if you are the one who thinks the world revolves around you—do better. Grow up. The entitlement is exhausting, and frankly, nobody has the patience for it anymore.

For everyone wondering how it all started. About an hour before this she was screaming at kids telling them to get off her lawn & calling them little bi*ches. We told our children to stay by us and not go towards her house at all. She came over screaming & yelling at us because "she wasn't talking to our kids". We had no way of knowing that. She called the cops to have us trespassed. She got aggressive with them & they told her if they come back she was going to jail. She literally told them they would be back. An hour later and this happens.....We were all just chillin'. Not responding to her flipping us off, screaming dumb shit over - just chillin! She came over acting crazy. The girl on top of her was already on the phone calling the police as soon as she seen her walking over because there was 15+ damn kids there! Some ours, some neighborhood kids.
