Well I have given @viagogo all the information they have asked for AGAIN for the 3rd time and still no resolution to the £182 for non existing tickets and the loss of a hotel room!

@jimmycarr so gutted that I missed your show last night thanks to @viagogo ! You should warn fans to NEVER use this rip off site! I bought tickets in February for £182 paid for a hotel all for a special birthday but the tickets never materialised and viagogo have done nothing !

@viagogo I can’t log into my account as I need access code to see tickets. Can’t generate an access code and don’t have confirmation email although I do have credit card receipt. This is for jimmy carr on Saturday. Can someone please respond asap as have hotel booked too.

@StagecoachEMid not great when you wait for a bus for it not to arrive. No mention on twitter or the app! What’s the point having these platforms if you don’t give out up to date info? App said my bus was running!
