- Cheaper house rent - with actual good houses (none of that Lagos BS) - good roads, like really good roads. (you can drive from Bodija to Akala express no single pothole) drive that distance in Lagos, it’s opposite. - lesser traffic ( I don’t mean the absence of traffic) in some populated areas, but you can go from A to B without worrying about traffic more often. - things are relatively cheaper too, services, food and all. - good breathable air ( this is underrated) I mean good air,😭most parts of Lagos stinks. They just don’t realise it yet, because they are used to it. Period.

So I recently met this babe and asked for her contact. She told me that she had promised her boyfriend that she wouldn't give her contact to any other guy, but for some reason, she wanted to give it to me. She went ahead and entered it into my phone, and we got talking. That was on a Wednesday. Three days later, which was a Saturday, she visited. We were talking and I asked her why she gave me her contact despite her promise to her boyfriend and why she visited me knowing that we would most likely get in bed together. Then she started crying. She told me that her boyfriend was abusive, was a smoker, that she wouldn't have dated him if she had known that he was no good, and that she wished she had met someone like me first. I was just laughing in my mind because I know from experience and extensive talks with other guys that once a woman starts crying without being beaten, 9 out of ten times, she's lying. Even if her story were true, I wouldn't date a woman to save her from an abusive relationship. I’m not Jesus and it's not my place to save anybody. So, I steered the conversation towards what we were really there for. She was already undressed when a call from her boyfriend came in. She answered it and they spoke. I heard him ask her if her friend was feeling better and she said she was. Apparently, she had told him that her friend was sick and she was going to see her. The way she was simply able to tell that lie while being naked in another man’s room and how caring the boyfriend sounded on the phone cemented my doubt about her initial story about him. I instantly felt disgusted at her, and even though she had one of the nicest bodies I'd ever seen, I told her to wear her clothes. She asked what was wrong and I told her that something came up with my business that needed my urgent attention, and that she should visit some other time. But the truth was that I couldn't understand why she would cheat on that guy, and even though to the best of my knowledge, I’ve not been in a situation where my girlfriend is cheating on me, I’ve heard stories about how men feel broken and emasculated when their girlfriend cheats on them. I wouldn't want to put another guy, especially one who seemed decent, in that situation. Although I understand that my refusal to put another guy in that situation doesn't mean another guy would extend such grace to me, I have come to terms with the fact that the only way to keep a woman from cheating on you is if she has decided not to cheat on you. There is absolutely nothing you can do to keep a woman from cheating, and once you find out that she has cheated, you should never ask for details. Just let her go, and you will find out that there are many women out there who would never cheat because they respect their body too much to give it away cheaply.
