@Rob_Briner Uh, spending enough to have adequate staffing? (Adequate = No excess work load for anyone. Adequate = Staff use PTO without coming back to all of it to do in half the time. Adequate = appropriate skill mix so that everyone is used at top of their skills and not under that level.)

@nathaliejacoby1 Yes. Me and my partner. Still masking indoors. Able to WFH, but do a fair amount of traveling. And our mothers (who are less careful), and several friends. A common thread is not having (young) children too.
