As someone who relies on writing and narrative to make a living, those stories still have a huge influence on my sensibilities. I've been lucky enough to have conversations with members of the military for research on jobs and the themes still ring true today.

@victorrvaIe Tuna, Salmon, Nuts, Eggs, Quinoa, Yogurt, to name a few. Re: protien powder, it's not so bad if you mix it up with healthy fruits and other stuff to help with the taste. (Blueberries are my go to for that). There are also premade shakes like the Only What You Need brand.
