@hotelsdotcom Tried to change a name on a booking, only the first name as it’s for my wife as I booked it for a present. You said you can’t do it, have to cancel and rebook but to rebook is £300 more

place in span of less than 5 minutes. I was told I had to go through their insurance carrier for cancellation reimbursement. And I was subsequently told this issue was not covered. Out $400 and no room. Good job. Not!!
