Imma struggling with this one, gotta admit it. Kudo's to the State and all that, but the message of vicarious criminal liability is #frightening. #ShannonSmith still made em think and work for that verdict, and now we get to watch another stellar attorney try basically the same case for the Dad. #Crumbley #Foreseeablity #Michigan

Hello @CourtTV. It's very difficult to respect an attorney who repeatedly says uumm. The cross examination of Kayla in the murder of #HarmonyMontgomery trial is pathetic IMHO. I'm not a lawyer but aren't lawyers supposed to be prepared? Uumm maybe not?

@CourtTV The prosecutor sounds like an overzealous TV reporter on his first assignment. What did he say? Where did he go? What did he do? Who ordered the food? How many traffic lights did you stop at? Then what? What kind of drugs? How much? Where did you do the drugs? Enough already!🤬
