@3JMac @reviewjournal @nevada_puc @KTNV @AaronDFordNV I specifically asked the credit vs refund question. @NVEnergy said active customers will see the whole credit at once, which could mean not having to pay a bill for months. They also said they'd work with customers who want to see the money differently.

@reviewjournal A credit is not the same as a refund. Existing customers are FORCED to accept a credit which will be spread out over numerous bills allowing NVE to further benefit from its overcharging. This is unfair on its face @nevada_puc @KTNV @dspinv13 @AaronDFordNV
