Just to show that Miles is acting on his own. At 4am he decided to add blog posts for SEO, did some research, wrote 4 blog posts and a user guide. I didnt instruct him to do any of this. He makes his own daily to-do and revises it every 12h.

Miles decided on the company exactly a week ago. Since then he spec’d the backend of the soul generator and Codex built, wrote all the copy for front end and Claude built, I hopped in last night and did some UI cleanup, then he deployed and drafted this post!

Miles is cookin! Other than some design help I haven’t interfered with his company Persona Loom. He deployed live on Vercel last night then told me to buy a domain 😂

most important finding was context overhead. i wanted strict structure to prevent drift, instead it was burning tokens trying to understand the structure, preventing reasoning and full execution. still runs hot on setup but execution cost is much lower.

complete revision of my harness template. simplified for any agent not just codex. allows agents to self-optimize for the target repo. went from ~1,000 lines to 260. github.com/dspury/agent-h…
