It's now 1 HOUR since first asking @MultiChoiceGRP for basic-level @DStv customer service online. I'm literally holding just to see how long it will go. Customers presumably just give up.

@MultiChoiceGRP supposed "customer service" & "online help" 100% The Worst of any company I've Every had to deal with. Literally an even Worse interaction after the previous time which was the worst. You wonder how many fed-up @DStv cutomers just cancel because of bad/no service.

A Naledi NU from @MultiChoiceGRP's supposed @DStv customer service, drifts into the online customer service chat once every half hour to see if I'm still there only to ask: "Are you still on chat?" This is hilariously bad. What customer will stay or ever get helped this way?
