In June 2013, I wanted to contest for the @OfficialFUFA Presidency. The law was quickly amended to keep me out. I am back to say I am still available for that task. I can bring about the footballing glory all we Ugandans dream of. Time to save our football from thieves. Let’s take back our game

Congratulations Arsenal, @dtashobya @OntitaJared @kevinokioma and all the arsenal fans!

This!! We are all so deathly afraid of poverty, of disability, of being vulnerable because we know at a very deep level exactly how cruel our societies are to those perceived as weak. So everyone acts like they're going to be rich and powerful... Some day.

I’d bet that within a decade, wealthy parents will be sending their kids to elite private schools that market themselves as low tech (no phones, screens, AI, etc.) and we’ll end up scrambling to figure out how to make this kind of education available to marginalized students.

4. The most dangerous ideas aren’t lies. They’re half-truths that feel complete. 5. People everywhere want the same things: dignity, security, and a future for their children. 6. You can learn more about a person by how they treat a driver than by how they lead a meeting. 7. The world moves fast — but wisdom still takes time. 8. No one sees themselves as a villain. Even the worst actions are often justified in someone’s mind. 9. The more time you spend in different countries, the harder it is to believe in black-and-white takes. 10. Experience isn’t the same as exposure. You can be everywhere and still miss everything. I’d love to hear — what have you learned from your travels?

@KakandeAlex @nikita_helene @mwonga_patrick We export Sangomas to South Africa and Pastors to Europe. There are levels to this thing. Curious: Why does Uganda seem to excel at exporting spirituality and conspiracy theorists?

Keturah Kamugasa (of blessed memory) ruled the roost. Timothy Bukumunhe could make or break the career of a Kampala corporate and their larnyards and double cabin trucks.
