Spænende diskussion i Akademikernes hus omkring forskning og innovation på vej mod middelmådighed. Stor enighed om at det er den og tvivl om det er regeringen der kan løse det. I hvert fald ikke hvad de demonstrerede i deres nyeste kandidat reform.
