@pnefcau @harrypnefc Ashbee, Sumulikowski, Barton (might be controversial, have no idea how he's thought of by others but I remember thinking of him as a total waste of space), Grimshaw, Procter, Mousinho just off the top of my head. I know he doesn't set the world alight but we've had way worse.

@harrypnefc I genuinely cannot think of many worse holding midfielders we've had in recent years.

Maybe false position is the wrong words, I just mean we were batting well above our expectations.

I won't say who because it'll start a row on here but anyone who goes to games will know the sort of player I mean.

@Ash_GW @ChampionshpTalk Little bit of recency bias in that one I think. He was disappointing but it was a low-risk one that didn't work out and there's been plenty of those. In terms of actual worst signings I'd go either someone like Bayliss or May, who cost us a load of money without any real benefit

Just having a little look at Friday nights game. #pnefc on exactly the same points after 32 games as they were under Ryan Lowe in 23/24 and Simon Grayson in 16/17. 2 points worse off than Alex Neil's team in 17/18 and 5 worse off than under Neil in 19/20.

@JamesPNEFC1 Narrow 3 behind Milly with freedom to drift into channels - the 3 rotating particularly between Devine and Lang on the outside right. Won't happen though.
