@duavalin The pancake was good, I like how it tastes eggy tbh. I feel like the base would make a good steamed Asian cake type thing.

Lowkey cursed meal of singular large banana egg pancake with pomegranate, pomegranate Creami, and soup with bone broth dashi + scallions + oysters + cilantro. The Creami had more whole pomegranate mixed in and I put some on the pancake.

@brainrotpill Really I swear I saw a post from you about them a while ago I think I’m just tweaking… They’re good though and really easy to make

@duavalin I think you’d like this recipe: 2 eggs, around 2-3tbsp coconut flour idk I had a tiny bit left so I just poured it all in without measuring, 90g packet of applesauce, cinnamon, vanilla extract, little pinch of baking powder and soda
