@Gerashchenko_en If you look at pictures of him he is wearing that device. I’ve seen it on a couple different fingers, but on the same finger lately, he’s been using athletic tape look at pictures of him. You’ll see. I’m curious if this was to hide something.

In his yesterday's video Kadyrov denied the rumors about his death or illness. However, his hand does seem to have traces of injections or other medical procedures. And is that a bandaid or an oxygen measuring device on Kadyrov's finger?
