Trade the companies defining a generation, from seed to pre-IPO. Waitlist now live, refer friends, skip the line. So, what do you wanna trade first?

I just joined SOAR. IPOs are late.
Trade every startup before they go public.
OpenAI. SpaceX. Anthropic. Cursor.

You'll want to be early to this ☝️

The counter to the IPO timing shift is that public markets are "doing great." QQQ is crushing aths daily right along side SPX. so what's the problem?
The problem is a huge fraction of the index gains in the last three years have come from mag7, and a huge fraction of those companies' gains came from earnings reports where the items doing the heavy lifting are marked up values of private positions they hold.
"Nearly half of Alphabet's record $62.6 billion profit — about $28.7 billion — did not come from search ads, cloud services or any of its products at all. It came from Alphabet updating the value of the equity it owns in private companies, primarily Anthropic"
When a round is marked up:
The public company books the gain, the stock goes up, the index goes up, and retail buys the index because the index is at aths.
It's a closed loop where the private market sets the price, the public market launders it through corporate equity stakes, and the only people on the outside of the loop are the ones whose only access is the laundered version. QQQ being at an ath isnt evidence that public markets are working as price discovery. It's evidence that private valuations are now driving the public market, and you can either find a way in or watch the markup pass through someone else's earnings report.
