🔔 TWO MONTHS AGO SHE DISCUSSED AAVE - NOW SHE'S THROWING IN 232 MILLION!
First the cold-blooded diss. Now the windfall. Lily Liu, head of the Solana Foundation, publicly criticized #Aave back in February 2025. Today, she's contributing to it herself.
$232 million.
That's how much Aave had to raise after KelpDAO's rsETH wrapper ruptured. 112,000 rsETH holes in a single pool. If the money isn't returned within days, the chain of debtors will break, and liquidations will drag everything down with them. No protocol, no treasury, no founder's account could have handled that alone.
What no one is saying out loud yet: the same Lily Liu attacked this very protocol in Chinese media two months ago. @Fiskantes soberly reminds us that this isn't the first Aave bailout. Loan against shaky bags, crash, industry bails out, "Thank you," next round. An old pattern with new logos.
@MarvinSunday4 hits the nail on the head even more directly: "When it comes to money helping your protocol with bad debt, it's DeFi United. When others were reckoned, it wasn't."
@CryptoTeca__ provides the sobering explanation: "DeFi United was never planned. Question: Is this bailout even sustainable?
The numbers say no. Aave's total value locked has plummeted from $25.7 billion to $14.1 billion since the hack. A drop of 45.8 percent in nine days. Almost $12 billion gone. Meanwhile, the $AAVE token gained 5.3 percent in 24 hours. The market is buying the story, not the hole.
Crypto is truly crazy!

🇺🇸🇮🇷 Trump says the blockade on Iran is total. At least 34 Iranian tankers that just reached India would disagree.
Here's the loophole: Iran loads its oil and hugs its own coastline toward Pakistan, never entering international waters where the U.S. can intercept.
From there, ships pass through Pakistan and India's coastal waters using something called "innocent passage," a right guaranteed under international law that coastal states can't block.
Washington has zero authority once they're in those corridors.
On paper, there's a blockade, but in reality, the sea is full of loopholes and Iran has a map.
