@jeremykauffman That doesn’t sound like a good idea. Maybe I’m just a fussy eater.

The best longevity drug in history is totally free.
It's called autophagy.
Several things happen when you do a 3 day fast:
- your body cannibalizes bad cells / pre-cancer cells / heart plaque
- gene expression changes at the 72 hour mark and body goes into hyper recovery mode
- 5x stem cell boost upon re-feeding
I do a 72 hour fast 4x a year.
Valter Longo is a world renowned longevity doctor and is the master on this stuff.

@tesla_jokes I still have my order in. If it ever comes to the uk I’m going to use it as a hearse.

Volkswagen revealed the interior of its new ID.3 Neo yesterday.
VW’s CEO said the previous model’s interior (right image) "definitely did a lot of damage" to the brand due to the lack of buttons and physical controls.
In the new ID.3, VW has added back physical climate control buttons, a volume knob, more buttons on the steering wheel, and actual window switches.

Ferrari has released a new video of the interior for its first ever all-electric car, called the Ferrari Luce.
It was designed with Apple's former head of design, Jony Ive, who recently said "a large touchscreen doesn't work in a car."
Car info:
• Four-door four-seater
• 122 kWh battery
• 330 miles of range (European rating methods)
• 1,000 horsepower
• 0-60mph: Under 2.5s
• Four electric motors
• OLED screens
• Guess cluster screen is made up of several layers. By cutting out holes in the upper layers, Ferrari created displays where the speedometer graphic is below the level of a physical needle, which is itself behind additional drive info and beneath a curved inset lens.
• Will have fake gear shifts
• Weight: 5,100 lbs

@MercuriusFilius It doesn't say the boxes are closed. Just look in them and see. Job done.

Yep, fastest human is 27.78 mph. 20mph zones reminds me of when cars could only be driven behind a human walking with a red flag. The move towards slowing down vehicles really seems like a backward step in terms of human technological development. It is also it is also another case of the government trying to look after you instead of encouraging people to look after themselves. Remember the green cross code? It kept me alive when cars were racing around at 30mph for years and years.

@duffgaryduff @RupertLowe10 They had cars in the stone age? The Flinestones ones?

@FearedBuck What’s wrong with the interviewers voice? He sounds like a cuck.

Clavicular walks out of 60 Minutes interview after being asked if he is an incel and about his relationship with Andrew Tate.
Clavicular: “Do I identify as an Incel? I mean, how could you ask me that question as a follow up after you asked me about my relationships to women. I mean, that's quite literally the worst sequence of questions I think I've ever heard.”
60 Minutes: “Let me rephrase then. Looksmaxxing was obviously a term created by the Incel community. How do you feel about being linked to that group.”
Clavicular: “I'm not linked to that group in any way. Looksmaxxing is self improvement, right? So it's about potentially even ascending out of that category. So that would be kind of one of the goals is to disassociate from being an incel and overcome that. So that doesn't make sense.”
60 Minutes: “You've been seen with certain people who are from all parts of that world. I mean, just as an example, you've obviously shared company with Andrew Tate and other, dare I say, rather controversial figures. Why do you spend time with people like that?”
Clavicular: “I see you want to make this political… I guess you watched the Piers Interview. too bad I didn't have time to look into, you know, anything about potentially, you know who your wife cheated with.”
60 Minutes: “I’m not married Clav.”
Clavicular: “So I could teach you about looksmaxxing, and then maybe you could switch that up. Thanks for the time, appreciate the interview.”

Cybertruck is so awesome.
Until you’ve tried it out, you have no idea, because there’s nothing like it.
Best product Tesla has ever made to date.
Cybertruck@cybertruck
Cybertruck is extremely comfortable on long trips especially thanks to: – Minimal body roll – Comfort Mode on FSD (gentler acceleration & braking, softer damping, smoother handling) – Air suspension + self-leveling keeping the truck flat even with load

@stevenmarkryan just as well probably. Might prevent a global sell off of TSLA instead of just north america.

Am hearing from some international $TSLA retail investors that their brokerages will NOT be participating in the SpaceX IPO.
Has anyone outside the US confirmed their brokerage WILL participate?
May need to get a bit closer for confirmation but we can at least name and shame those who will NOT be participating.
English

@tesla_archive @SpaceX Why so valuable? Uh monopolistic technology maybe 🤔

@statsjamie There is a path that should lead to the disqualification of the Green Party from the next general election because some of their policies are treasonous to British democracy.

@Moustache_bq @LipBuTan1 I can explain it for you but I can’t understand it for you.

@LipBuTan1 Intel has been struggling for years to find its footing in the AI race.
if Intel couldn't even streamline its own internal processes over the last decade, what makes people think they can suddenly refactor the entire industry just because they hosted Elon for a weekend?
English

Elon has a proven track record of reimagining entire industries. This is exactly what is needed in semiconductor manufacturing today. Terafab represents a step change in how silicon logic, memory and packaging will get built in the future. Intel is proud to be a partner and work closely with Elon on this highly strategic project 🚀🚀
Intel@intel
Intel is proud to join the Terafab project with @SpaceX, @xAI, and @Tesla to help refactor silicon fab technology. Our ability to design, fabricate, and package ultra-high-performance chips at scale will help accelerate Terafab’s aim to produce 1 TW/year of compute to power future advances in AI and robotics. It was fun hosting @elonmusk at Intel this past weekend!

🚨MATTHEW PERRY CLASHES WITH PETER HITCHENS IN HEATED ADDICTION DEBATE 🔥
Addiction A Real Disease Or Just A Choice? 🤔
Back in 2013 on BBC Newsnight, Friends star and recovering addict Matthew Perry went head to head with journalist @ClarkeMicah over one of the most divisive questions in drug policy. Hitchens dismissed addiction as a fantasy. He argues we need a stern and effective criminal justice system to deter people from drugs.
Perry, speaking from painful personal experience, explained: “I’m a drug addict. I’m a person that if I have a drink, I can’t stop. It’s an obsession of the mind and an allergy of the body. I start thinking about alcohol, I can’t stop thinking about it.”
Perry then highlighted what works, saying he knows drug courts succeed because people who go through them have a 55% less chance of ever seeing handcuffs again.

every. fucking. day.
was about to pay $200 for Max. then I read this article
98.5% of tokens - wasted
you're not paying for answers. you're paying for Claude to re-read its own homework 30 times
spent months blaming Anthropic for being greedy. turns out the problem was how I write prompts
5 minutes of reading
basic plan now handles more than my old Max
