Not all employees want to return to the office and not all want to continue to work from home. This is a debacle that many organizations are facing.

So employers are now spying on employees and tracking keystrokes, mouse movements, etc and then penalizing them for breaks they deem are too long. This is absurd. And they wonder why “no one wants to work”.
