Cops arrived, the attacker claimed “racial abuse,” so they arrest the bleeding victim.
Nowak died in custody.

🇬🇧 British police handcuffed a teenager who had been stabbed by a Sikh man wielding an 8-inch ceremonial knife, before the boy passed out and died.
After he was stabbed, Henry Nowak, 18, tried to climb a fence to escape, but Vikrum Digwa, 23, "aggressively pursued" him, leaving a trail of blood, the court heard.
Police were called to the scene but arrested Mr. Nowak after Digwa claimed he had been racially abused.
Mr. Nowak was then handcuffed before passing out and dying in the street a short time later.
