Life : Even when you take bullets for them they will still find a way to say you didn't try enough, and you will be hated for that. God sees all. I remember my pledge.

Good evening 🌆 Some victories are silent. If you made it through today despite the pressure, that's a win worth celebrating.

In the shadows of our closest circles, those we trust most often harbor the quiet hope that our dreams stay forever out of reach. Their smiles mask the envy that measures their limits against our light, turning proximity into the cruelest betrayal. True freedom comes when we armor our hearts and rise anyway, knowing the deepest threats bloom not from strangers, but from the hands we once held without question.

@helmutmureka Learning the truth that you can be hurt from those you call friends. That you held hands together doesn't remove you from the likely good of betrayal

🚨 World Cup matches could experience LONG INTERRUPTIONS if stopped due to weather conditions, The Athletic report. According to the American protocol in case of a storm, a match played in an open stadium must be IMMEDIATELY SUSPENDED if lightning is detected within a radius of approximately 13 KM. ⚡️ After each lightning strike, a delay of 30 MINUTES is applied. If a new strike is detected during this time, the clock resets to zero, which can lead to interruptions of SEVERAL HOURS. ⏳

DAY EIGHT I STOP TALKING TO PEOPLE FOR FREE: Eight days later, I’ve realized something powerful. Silence doesn’t make you lonely. It makes you observant. When the noise disappears, you start hearing the truth. You notice who only contacted you out of habit, who reached out when they needed something, and who genuinely cared regardless of what they could gain. For years, I confused being needed with being valued. They are not the same thing. Being needed is temporary. Being valued is intentional. The interesting part is that I no longer feel the urge to chase conversations, explain my absence, or prove my worth. The right people never required any of that. My peace has become louder than the opinions of people who only liked me when I was constantly available. The less I talk, the more I understand. And what I understand now is simple: Not everyone deserves unlimited access to you. Some people loss access and called it pride. The people who matter called it growth. DEFINITELY i’M EXPENSIVE 😱

DAY SEVEN I STOP TALKING TO PEOPLE FOR FREE: Seven days in, and the truth is becoming impossible to ignore. When you remove yourself from constant conversations, you start seeing people exactly as they are. No filters. No assumptions. No distractions. This week taught me that not everyone who talks to you values you. Some people simply value access to you. The calls reduced. The messages reduced. The expectations reduced. And somehow, so did the stress. I used to think being available made me important. Now I understand that being selective makes me valuable. The people who genuinely care have remained consistent. They don’t demand explanations. They don’t guilt-trip me. They simply respect my space and appreciate my presence when it’s available. Meanwhile, others disappeared completely. No arguments. No announcements. Just silence. And that’s okay. Because every person who left made more room for peace, focus, and self-discovery. This week wasn’t about avoiding people. It was about finding myself beneath all the noise. I learned that boundaries don’t push away the right people; they reveal them. The biggest lesson? You can love people and still limit their access to you. DEFINITELY I’M EXPENSIVE 😱
