Using 3D models itself is used more not as much for art improvement, but for making art faster + to help achieve more complicated and dynamic poses. If you don't know how to draw bodies on your own yet, I cannot recommend using 3D models at all (saying this not to rt, but in general, because i often see this) :c it's better to make stufies from photos, until you'll learn how body works, and how to draw proportions you like on your own. If you want to grow, and grow faster, don't be scared to sketch poses and proportions and everything you like and need from photos more!! You can do it!! ☺️☺️🩷🩷🩷
