@frizzcollie i definitely do this too! it helps me when i’m looking for how other people stylize certain things. but sometimes i desperately need a photo ref and it’s so much harder to search these days :,) i sometimes just take my own pics if i can but it’s annoying lol

@dummydino i like scrolling through other artists’ galleries for inspiration. a lot of times i don’t find exactly what i want but sometimes it helps me find specific facial expressions, limb poses, etc

does anyone have any recommendations for how to find good reference images that aren't ai...google is like half ai now...

i've been using duck duck go more recently which is nice in general and i like that you can hide most ai images with it, but the image search results are not very good

this is my fursona ive been working on for like more than a year now (contrary to popular belief dummy is not really my fursona he's more like a mascot thing). he is a raccoon dog and he doesnt have a name and i am incapable of drawing him the same way twice

ok update 2: recovery has been a lot rougher than expected + upper torso movement is limited BUT i am working again now!!! expect some slow updates hopefully!!!

update for my commissioners: work will be slower this week as i will be recovering from surgery!! but i plan to get back to working within this week!
