@misfitpatriot_ " Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God" 1Cor15:50
- Racism is absolutely a sin and the antithesis to the teachings of Jesus Christ.
English

Hmmmm, Chud told us “they” got him kicked out of his Church, but in reality his Church actually just saw how much of a scumbag he is and told him to fuck off.
Based Church 💪🏼

ChudTheBuilder says "I don't think racism is a sin, it's a normal reaction because we are living amongst actual m໐nkeys", for which he was kicked out of his church for unrepentance. "The phrase chіmping out reminds us of the fact that m໐nkeys live around us."
English

@therobbieharvey @JayBuddah1 When did anyone say he "came back"?
English

@JayBuddah1 Police say that’s not true. Chud came back and was facing Fox in a bladed stance.
English

Chud The Builder defenders agree… Karmelo Anthony is innocent. How? Let’s compare the facts used to claim Dalton Eatherly should walk free.
• A verbal altercation took place before any violence.
• Both Chud and Anthony were told to leave.
• Chud turned and reached for his weapon. He’s seen in other videos warning people to touch him and see what happens.
• Anthony reached for a weapon. He said, “Touch me and see what happens” according to witnesses.
• Both Chud and Anthony were attacked before lethal force. According to witnesses Austin Metcalf pushed Anthony, some say multiple times, before being stabbed. Chud says he was punched before the shooting.
• Both Chud and Anthony face serious charges. Eatherly charged with attempted murder. Anthony charged with murder.
These are the core facts of the cases. The verbal start, a threat/challenge involving a hidden weapon and both reaching for said weapon, physical engagement by the other person, use of lethal force in claimed response, and resulting charges with self-defense assertions. Differences exist in weapon type (gun vs. knife), outcome (injury vs. death), ages, prior histories, and exact proportionality debates, but the shared pattern of escalation is what has driven public comparisons between the two cases.
And I can already hear the excuse. So let’s address it. Anthony was allegedly TOLD by an adult to go to the tent because a storm was approaching. Metcalf had no authority to determine who sat there.
So someone explain to me how Chud is innocent and Anthony isn’t? And no, at this moment, I don’t believe Anthony is innocent. Can’t stab people during a simple fight. But Chud defenders say you can so I don’t know.

English

@duns56254 @LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 @afistfulofteeth He and his fangirls claim it was about free speech.
I'm talking about the judge taking into consideration the crimes he was *already* convicted of and the fact that he discharged a weapon with a crowd of people nearby - a fact he and his counsel admitted to - regarding his bond.
English

It looks like the DA is pushing to “revoke or increase bond” for the previous ongoing harassment case that Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder was in the middle of when he shot Joshua Fox.
If the bond is revoked, then that would most likely keep Dalton in jail until the outcome that case is decided.
The revocation stems from Dalton’s felony (violent) arrest. Court date is set for 5/29/2026.

English

@afistfulofteeth @dank_ghoul @LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 The Chud case is actually a pretty good opportunity to showcase how backwards the judicial system in Tennessee is. Everyone will just look at it from the perspective of whether their social or racial or political side is winning or losing of course.
English

You can only help people so much before they need to help themselves. “Chud” is a perfect example of this. He broke two other bonds, and people are wondering why his third bond is so high. Couple that with spraying bullets in public. It’s clear he can’t follow bond conditions, and he’s a danger to the public.
Better jail conditions/jail overhauling is very much needed, but the “chud” case isn’t the one to set an example for it.
English

@afistfulofteeth @dank_ghoul @LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 A lot of people end up in jail because they're fucking stupid. And stupid people need protection from being railroaded.
English

@duns56254 @dank_ghoul @LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 I understand that rape and violence happens in jail, but you can just not put yourself there. Most people who end up in jail put themselves there. There are always exceptions, though.
English

@dank_ghoul @LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 @afistfulofteeth It was never actually a free speech thing with Chud. But at this point we're in the right to bond out of jail before being convicted stage, which is important to everybody. You're ok with a precedent being established that will be used against other people, all because of Chud?
English

@duns56254 @LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 @afistfulofteeth False equivalency. Chussy could've stayed online and screeched endlessly into the void and maintained his 1A. He didn't.
Citizens have a right to not be subjected to a terrorist. Which is why a judge can deny bond "if the defendant is deemed a danger to the community".
English

@afistfulofteeth @dank_ghoul @LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 Dig around online sometime and see what it's like to spend months on end awaiting trial in the county jail in Memphis, and all of the rape and violence that can happen to someone even before they ever get convicted of a crime.
English

@duns56254 @dank_ghoul @LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 That’s not how bonds work. Judges can deny bail and hold a defendant in pretrial detention.
English

@afistfulofteeth @dank_ghoul @LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 He wasn't denied bail. His bail is set. In Tennessee you can't deny bail except for capital offenses. The Republicans who run this state want to expand that to something like 75 other crimes, and also find more ways to reject sources of bail money. They probably will too.
English

@ChocolateChakr1 @LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 @afistfulofteeth He explained it. I get it. He did the right thing by de-escalating.
English

@duns56254 @LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 @afistfulofteeth Look what happens when people actually confront him physically. The usage of the N word on Twitter has gone up ten fold and people are blaming the black guy.
English

@dank_ghoul @LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 @afistfulofteeth This country is becoming a battleground between racial and political groups to see how many of their enemies can be thrown in prison. Meanwhile, the rest of us, who have no interest in that shit, still need our rights, like the right to post bond for instance.
English

@duns56254 @LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 @afistfulofteeth Or maybe he wants a dangerous criminal off the streets.
GIF
English

@LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 @afistfulofteeth Fair enough. I've been in situations like that too. But it comes off like you want him to be thrown in prison as revenge. It comes off like that for a lot of people actually. The courts can handle the case, you don't need to personally call them continuously. Its not about you.
English

There are several reasons I didn’t. Two of the major ones are not throwing away my career because some ignorant dude full of hate could be taught a lesson that I knew he would end up getting (look what’s happened since this night) and he had a gun on him. I mention it. You can see my eyes look down several times when I located it to ensure he never reaches for it.
Also, to be honest, I’ve worked security in bars and been in my fair share of confrontations. Dalton talks big but at no point in the interaction did I feel like he was ever going to physically intimidate/assault me. And that’s why when he touches me, I don’t react violently. They weren’t in a threatening manner. No point in hostility from my end because he had none on his. He had no intention of getting physical. I could see it in his eyes. That’s why when he tells me to “walk over there”, I never budge. He just wasn’t intimidating at all.
English

@Raalz8 @panzer8314 @therobbieharvey The arrest for walking out on the restaurant bill? I'm not sure the judge did. Stipulations against carrying weapons don't always come with bond agreements for nonviolent offenses.
English

@duns56254 @panzer8314 @therobbieharvey Then why did the judge in his previous arrest set conditions for him to be unable to carry?
English

@LegacyProgramVP @DameElDinero28 @afistfulofteeth Hey serious question, why didn't you just fight him when he said that about your wife? You would probably feel better about this whole situation if you had stuck up for her and yourself.
English

@DameElDinero28 @duns56254 @afistfulofteeth The bond was for a harassment charge from last year. Case still ongoing.
The Nashville one is also an active bond from a couple of days before the shooting. That one should be revoked as well. I’ll look into that and make calls if I need to.
English

@afistfulofteeth @DameElDinero28 @LegacyProgramVP That case is pending, he's not on probation for anything.
English

@duns56254 @DameElDinero28 @LegacyProgramVP He was on probation for a harassment charge, then he broke that probation when he got charged with the not paying a restaurant charge, then he broke that bond by picking up the attempted murder charge.
English

@DameElDinero28 @afistfulofteeth @LegacyProgramVP He hasn't even had a trial for that. He's not on parole, he hasn't been convicted of a crime. That happened like a week ago.
English

@duns56254 @afistfulofteeth @LegacyProgramVP I think theft from when he walked out on that $400 bill
English

@TheBrancaShow @LegacyProgramVP Oh wow, you just saw this? 😂 Yeah, it's very personal for him
English

Bwa-hahahahaha! NOW I GET IT!
Now I get why @LegacyProgramVP is unable to evaluate Dalton's shooting of Fox in an objective and rational manner, and why he's all up in his feminine feelings about it all.
IT'S PERSONAL FOR HIM! HE'S EMOTIONALLY INVESTED IN DALTON's PURPORTED GUILT!
That being the case, it won't matter what law or facts consistent with Dalton's innocence that you show this estrogenically hysterical clown.
It's simply not possible to reason someone out of an emotionally-bound position that they did not reason themselves into in the first place.

The Paranormal Chris@LegacyProgramVP
Hey @TaylerUSA “wholesome interactions” eh? Can you explain to the public how wholesome my interaction with Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder was? I mean, I was just coming out of a concert and he started pointing at us and saying we were coming out of a “satanic concert”.
English

@afistfulofteeth @LegacyProgramVP Yup ! You usually have to serve whatever time you had left from probation.. so if chud had 6 months left on probation, then he would have to spend that 6 months in jail
English

@Raalz8 @panzer8314 @therobbieharvey I think he may have been legally allowed to carry the gun. He had been carrying a gun everywhere, very publicly. He most likely had the gun when he was arrested before the shooting and didn't get a charge for it. He also hasn't been charged for having it after the shooting.
English

@panzer8314 @duns56254 @therobbieharvey In other words you didn't win the argument. Btw chud wasn't legally allowed to have a firearm at the time due to a prior arrest. So he's got THAT going for him as well. I don't see him winning this case by any means.
English

@panzer8314 @therobbieharvey What is it you think the thing from his Facebook account is proof of? There were multiple posts he made, and none of them are all that crazy. He wasn't stalking Chud like a lot of people are saying. That's not realistic.
English

@duns56254 @therobbieharvey Doesn't matter when we have proof from Josh's own Facebook account you retard
English

@panzer8314 @therobbieharvey Do you realize how small Clarksville is, and how well known Chud was there?
English

@duns56254 @therobbieharvey Prove it. Even IF he was supposed to be there, there's prior evidence he wanted to confront and fight Chud. This is from his FB account
