@ClubhouseGrowth £7.5k for a car for 2 years is not good value when a £7.5k decent second hand car could run 5/10 years.

@CarlDix92292523 @MartinSLewis In theory yes as interest is calculated daily however I’d say take your monthly mortgage payment and / by 12. And then pay that every 2 weeks as the sweet spot, if you can afford that. If not. Anything is better than nothing, even £30 a month as you say

@MartinSLewis Hi Martin, I’ve seen a video which recommends to pay one pound a day over the month and then your monthly payment. The benefit of this is that the interest recalculates each time you make a payment, therefore your payment will reduce the balance with that amount. Is this true?
