@dupermanz@resistandfight3 That was the only exception and was purely for medical identification in battle. Other than that Members of the wehrmacht and the SS were expected to maintain a clean, professional appearance, and tattoos were strongly discouraged
@Top_E10@resistandfight3 I believe every SS member had their blood type tattooed in the armpit region so. Kinda cope for you to say this.
Who Was Tattooed: It was standard protocol for the Waffen-SS, though not all members received it (such as those transferred from other branches or late-war recruits)
