@DrBirdLady I feel this! And my sitter had to cancel about 30-40% of the time.

My 17mo old doesn’t start daycare til end of august. I’m home w him while my husband works. We use a babysitter 1-2x a week so I can go into the office for research, etc. I can’t tell you how soul crushing it is to have the babysitter cancel as you’re getting ready to go in
