@wingoz Ate at the bench at pebble last week. Tough to beat in that area.

@CaptainCons I have 2 boys 14 and 17 and yes they YouTube old highlight videos all the time.
English

Growing up my dad had a Sports Illustrated subscription and they would randomly send highlight tape VHS as part of the subscription. They covered every sport
It was how I learned about all the great athletes and moments from the older generations
Do kids have that now? Do they watch YouTubes of the greats?

@BarstoolChief This team is fun. Bedard playing with some stones is sick
English

@DonnieDoesWorld Gotta walk by that house and all down hoyne between division and north on trick or treat night. It rules
English

@Luca__71 @BarstoolChief I’ve seen them at Halstead and division and Milwaukee and western intersection quite often
English

@BarstoolChief I want to know where in our city you see them? I’ve never seen one. I grab one with a chain hooked up to the tow hitch on the truck and drag it through the streets

@barstoolWSD Thinking tortorices thin, well done, sausage, giard, onions.

I took this photo exactly 19 years ago today and it captures 4 things you’ll never see again.
1. Mark Prior pitching for the Cubs
2. Mark Prior doing the towel drill
3. Wrigley bullpens on the field
4. Current Cubs home pinstripes without last names on the back.

@DanteTheDon You ever had the cocktails at Kumiko? One there called the “new wave” my god in heaven.
English

@dus10free The yum tom might be the greatest craft cocktail I’ve ever had anywhere in my life

Man, this one hurts to find out.
The Violet Hour was so far ahead of its time it’s crazy. Nothing they did is out of the ordinary now, but it sure was 18 years ago when they started.
Revolutionary isn’t even the right term. Neither is Avant-garde. But something that is in between the two is how they stood out ahead of the rest of the pack, and raised the bar for everybody. And they did it right out the gate. Hitting the scene in one of the hippest stretches of the hippest neighborhood in the best city in the country. Purposefully with no signage, advertising, or even address. Strictly word of mouth for years and the more inconspicuous they could stay, the better.
And they stayed at the top of their game for nearly 2 decades doing this. Which anybody in this business will tell you is incredible. The Violet Hour will be sorely missed. 🙏 @VioletHourChi

@JakeMarsh18 Arcadia south is just as good if not better golf than bluffs and I love bluffs. Below the hole at south if you can. The greens are awesome and scary
English

@StevenCheah I’m Nico’s barber and I will say he is one of the most genuine athletes I’ve ever met. Couldn’t have got a better jersey imo
English

@Daniel_Rapaport Agree with your sarcasm mostly, but the sim being off does suck. That being said, you’d like to think FS is doing everything in their power to make it better, and it will get better with time.
