@rage_daisy @DJProfessorL You should probably be doing this like 3-4 times a week and you want to use a weight where you have to put some effort in but for PT stuff you shouldn’t go that heavy. these are exercises are simple enough you can just look up any video for it and it should be good.

@rage_daisy @DJProfessorL While focusing on slowly(around 3 seconds) lowering the weight back down before your next rep. It would be useful to do wide grip rows in that same rep range.
A PT would be a lot better at diagnosing exactly what’s wrong with you and what helps the best but these worked for me.

This is anecdotal but myself and every tweeker I knew had been diagnosed with ADHD as a kid so if you have ADHD that is even more reason to stay away.
