@ErikPearlman @awkwardgoogle It was a traffic accident. The driver is a normal dude who was going an average speed. He didn't plan for this to happen. The reason the sentence is light is because its counted as Misdemeanor Vehicular Manslaughter. The punishment tracks with the standard for that.
