If you would organise a referendum in the Netherlands and ask the people whether an asylum seeker should have his application denied when he commits crimes, a huge majority of the people would vote YES. In parliament this very question was put to a vote and a big majority voted NO. Do we live in a 'representative parliamentary democracy' when the parliament does not at all represent the people? What a horrible system. A failed experiment that is driving our civilisation and people to extinction.
