We don't know and it depends a lot on the patient cohort, but I think it is very high.;) Remember PVI non-responders. 3/3

This is why we hypothesize that the olive is superior to simply adding two applications in existing configurations. 2/3

@andreaskardio Sehr patientenindividuelle Entscheidung. Grundlegend: SR hat prognostische Bedeutung (z. B. EAST-AFNET4 Studie). Aber der Patient scheint hartnäckig persistierend zu Flimmern. Ohne weitere Details zu kennen: in dem (jungen 😉) Alter meistens Rhythmisierung anstreben.

Frage an die rhythmologen: Persistierendes VHF, oligosymptomatisch gut frequenzkontrolliert bei einem männlichen Patienten um die 65. 3x erfolglose EKV (ohne Amiodaron) Inwiefern ist die Rhythmisierung (evtl. auch mit PVI oder AAD wie Amiodaron) prognostisch relevant?
