We call it "Hostile Negotiation Tactics" on FGN. In the NFL, it's "Pay me now or I won't play" In college, it's "Pay me now or I'll leave" This is not new. Nico's just the biggest name to really do this. But Mike Matthews did this in December. Boo Carter did it too.
