@WrenKitchens We have had the worst experience using Wren kitchens firstly they delivered our dream kitchen in Castle Rock every single door, drawer had damage scrapes and chips on them.We have then had a re delivery of apparently new doors and drawers and these again are damaged
@WrenKitchens don’t buy anything from wren substandard material at inflated prices We have had a damaged kitchen sent the replaced with yet another damaged kitchen totally shocking Trading standard informed Please read reviews b4 buying consistently terrible
@mywrenreview@WrenKitchens They said they would cover the costs of my kitchen installer to remove the kitchen and reinstall it with the new doors and realign all drawer runners as there wrong when I sent them the bill of £1500 they offered £200 said should only take a day 🖕
@dwalton86@WrenKitchens 🤞They tried to offer us compensation to stop the rejection going though and the amount was so insulting, so don’t even engage in any conversation with them about it. You are entitled to a FULL refund.
@mywrenreview@WrenKitchens Sounds exactly the same as what they are telling us but enough is enough now we are still within our 30 days so hopefully will be a shorter process...
@dwalton86@WrenKitchens No it’s not a 1 off. We had around 15 replacement orders in the end. We were promised quality control the lot, they all arrived damaged.
@mywrenreview@WrenKitchens It’s so stressful we don’t even have any worktops on as we have ordered granite from another company but obviously can’t get them installed. You weren’t dealing with Neil Wheldon in customer care were you?
@dwalton86@WrenKitchens Citizens advice said that was wrong and they were in breach of the consumer rights act. They kept giving us different reasons why we couldnt reject, but we knew that the law was on our side & kept fighting. It ended up with the financial ombudsman
@mywrenreview@WrenKitchens I called them as soon as the delivery arrived to which they said they will replace all the doors and panels so they was aware of it immediately I had the units installed as I thought it would just be changing the doors.i thought it was just a one off batch!
@dwalton86@WrenKitchens It’s ok! We paid a deposit and then did Barclays partner finance loan - buy now pay later. Ours was installed by our own fitter, and we only saw how bad the quality was once we removed all the plastic coating. They said that installing the kitchen was deemed as acceptance!
@mywrenreview@WrenKitchens Did you pay for all your kitchen then? Has it been installed? Who have you been dealing with at wren? Sort for all the questions 🙄
@dwalton86@WrenKitchens I would speak to citizens advice regarding the credit card and debit card payments - they’ll be able to advise on chargeback etc.
@mywrenreview@WrenKitchens They said to us that they could not accept our rejection of the kitchen as they have replaced it but now that we have opened the replacement it’s the same condition surely they’ve not got a leg to stand on?
@dwalton86@WrenKitchens If you want to ask me anything else just let me know 👍 Wren tried to say we couldn’t reject it for a whole host of reasons (how they thought they’d get away with these invalid excuses, who knows) but we stuck to our guns and kept speaking to citizens advice.
@mywrenreview@WrenKitchens We paid our deposit on credit card then the balance we paid via debit card. We have spoken with trading standards who have forwarded us over a letter template which we have sent to wren.
@dwalton86@WrenKitchens If you have sent an email asking for a full refund then it’s in writing and you have that for evidence, however, I would also write a letter & send it recorded delivery stating you wish to reject the kitchen for a full refund as the goods are substandard and not fit for purpose
@mywrenreview@WrenKitchens Did they collect your damaged kitchen then before refunding the money? Also how long did this all take for you? Any help is appreciated as you can imagine we’re pulling our hair out!
@dwalton86@WrenKitchens If you are outside of 30 days but within 6 months then you can still reject for a full refund, but you have to give them one opportunity to replace the damaged goods. If they fail to do this then you have the right to reject. They will try to tell you otherwise, but you can

Hi we had the kitchen delivered on the 19th Sept so we are still within our 30 days. We have sent an email asking for a full refund should we send a formal letter?
