Congratulations to the FIFTY-ONE girls who were named All-Ohio this week by the Ohio Prep Sports Media Association! They join a list of over 200 Buckeye State Blast girls to be named All-State performers since 2019!

The MVL All-Star team picked up the win over the LCL All-Stars at West M today.

The MVL-LCL All-Star Game is Sunday at West Muskingum! The girls start at 2:00 with the boys after. Sheridan fans can come watch Mylie Forgrave and Owen Cains represent the MVL!

Sheridan’s girls basketball season ended to Unioto 68-46. Nora Cooperrider led the Generals with 14 pts/4 rebs. Mylie Forgrave and Sidney Shonk each scored 6 as nine players scored. Mylie and Lainey leave the program as 4x MVL Champs and were a part of 87 wins over 4 years.

Sheridan’s girls beat Athens 35-31 to advance in the tournament and earn their 20th win this season. Sidney Shonk had 10 pts/ 5 reb, Mylie Forgrave had 9 pts/ 4 steals, Ivy Daly had 6 pts/ 8 Rebs & Nora Cooperrider scored 6. Sheridan plays Monday at 7 pm at Logan vs Unioto

Sheridan’s girls beat Chillicothe 69-14 to open the tournament. Mylie Forgrave had 16 pts/5 rebs/ 4 assists/ 5 steals, Ivy Daly had 15 pts and didn’t miss a FG, Sidney Shonk had 13 pts, Nora Cooperrider had 9 pts & Avery Gothard had a varsity career high of 6 pts/ 4 steals

Sheridan’s 4th grade girls finished 2nd in the Championship bracket of the COBA tournament falling to undefeated Big Walnut by 6 pts. Sheridan beat Lancaster & Westerville Central in pool play then New Albany Gold and Pickerington in bracket play to advance to the final.

Congrats on the great post-season run Sheridan girls. Great comeback tonight in front of a terrific crowd. Congrats to Philo for the title. 31-27.

Sheridan’s girls beat Lakewood 38-30 to finish the regular season 18-4. Lainey Miller had 10 pts/8 rebs & Mylie Forgrave had 7 pts/ 5 rebs. Sheridan’s 1st tournament game is at home next Monday (2/16) at 7 PM vs Chillicothe.
