@dwierman94 She puts up with a lot from me 😅 so I don’t blame her for having limits lmao it just sucks cuz it’s work, yes, but it also feels personal for me. It affects me a lot. She knows it too. That’s why it’s intense when/if it happens.

@gladisl I have so much imposter syndrome when it comes to my job. I worry all the time I don’t belong there so I’m glad have someone who has my back because I certainly don’t have my own 👀. That’s the worst when someone you trust doesn’t have your back! Especially if youve earned it

@dwierman94 I’m glad you’re at that point now. Sucks that you deal with that but just keep letting your good work speak for you. It’s hard to explain. We’ve only clashed a few times but it’s intense ‘cuz I trust her so much so when I feel she doesn’t back me up, it feels like a betrayal.
