They say never meet your heroes. I’m sharing the track this weekend with a lot of big names, a lot of people I look up to. A lot of people I would consider my heroes, but there was no driver I was excited to meet more than Robert Bell, the Colfax Comet, local legend of the @cbnationals.
I sat down with him for a couple minutes, and explained how I loved his never quit mentality, never stop, never give up. When doing research for this race, I come across multiple stories on Robert, a plethora of interviews, and I said “I want to meet this guy.”
He’s someone I want to be in my later years, someone who goes to the track, just to have fun, regardless of the result.
He does have t-shirts on site, and said every purchase will go towards his fuel or tires for this week.

The fish was just like i remembered it, slightly greasy but awesome! The chicken rivaled @raisingcanes. The slaw was equally as good as @kfc, if not better!
Everything went down good and digested good. The only thing missing was some Cane’s sauce
Overall 2 thumbs up from me 👍🏼👍🏼
Downside was no milkshakes on the menu. So id either need to hit up @Wendys or @DairyQueen on the way home but they did offer @Cheesecake on the menu
Tech tip for Long Johns, if you do look into getting a shake machine i would recommend a different brand than @McDonalds uses. Their shit is always broke. Also maybe u can get an @Arbys style sauce on the condiment counter. It goes good on everything 💯

Rex Robbins sold ASA because his wife passed away and his health was not good . The new owners destroyed ASA by getting away from the original concept.
