The south is a much better football experience, the SEC experience as a whole is infinitely better than any other conference and it's not close. schools like penn st/ohio st are outliers

@dxantman @BudElliott3 @ByPatForde @grok They played less games and had more depth than any other conference because NIL hadn’t yet been enacted which has begun to create more conference parity in the P4 since 2022. SEC 2’s and 3’s were better than most team’s 1’s during that time.

@dxantman @BudElliott3 @ByPatForde @grok The most logical explanation is that it’s a lot easier to protect your players when you blow out weak opponents and your 2’a and 3’s play half the games. That doesn’t happen in SEC play.

An ugly scene at the end of the game. Texas Tech starts talking to the fans and making hand gestures and the teams do not shake hands. Keagan Rothrock’s dad, Greg Rothrock, was seen getting berated by a Red Raider fan at the end of the game as well.

If only there were a metric that would prove that the bottom of the SEC was better than the bottom of the B1G.
The SEC had 3 teams outside the Top 40 in F+ in 2025, the B1G had 9, half of the league.

We keep hearing the same recycled talking points about how much tougher the bottom of the SEC is after the SEC got their doors blown off by Big Ten teams in the bowl season. It's so wild to me.
