@Kat_h81 Thank you, I’ve been at mine for 12 years now. So to only have one or two complaints for that amount of time is a good thing I guess. It’s just really knocked my confidence:(

@dxstant As someone who has been in workplace for 25 years, I’d say 6 years is a very good achievement. Remember you can’t choose who you work with & at some point you do meet people who you don’t click with. Thats ok & doesn’t make you a bad person, think of it as a leaning curve
