So it looks like it should be working.

@Game_Stores can show me in this screenshot, containing one of your product pages, where it states there is only a 6 month warranty on parts?
Weirdly, I see 1 year warranty multiple times, yet I'm being asked to pay for repairs after 6 months.
Am I missing something?

@Game_Stores The booklet is irrelevant if you have clearly offered a better warranty on your website.
So any consumer who bought a bicycle prior to any changes the content team may make is entitled to a full 1 year warranty.
Do you disagree that Game should honour the published warranty?

@dylanbridgman As I've advised, I will address the warranty issue with the content team however, the booklet in the box does stipulate what the warranty covers.
