@BaldurBarons @rhofford Oh I’m not talking yield lol. I’m talking dragging and burying straw 1/2” that you can’t pull anything if you wanted to. In peat they work better as a box blade. More base in your fields maybe. 2020 here tho you couldn’t pull a 12’ disc behind the 49ers

@rhofford @BaldurBarons I’ve seen big messes up this way with guys using protills in mud or muskeg.

@trevor17013 Don’t have to venture too far and it’s a whole different world. Just strange this year that all the places with water (with ditches) just won’t dry. Peatland which is most low spots here is also a weird feeling of spinning on frost but without the frost part this spring.

@dylanrobinson27 I feel for you, mudding in crops is not fun
We farm Camrose area, we are having a tough time finding moisture to germ crops

@CRToney2 If I skip July frost for the normal August ones I’ll be a happy camper this fall.
English

F R O S T in August is gonna hit this year. Well except in the banana belt that’s Kitty Litter SK. We won’t have anything to freeze as per usual. #dumpthebrown

@garrett_wolf3 When gido bought this in early 00’s he was smitten. Used it a lot on summerfallow and getting ready for the 7200s until I bought the air drill in ‘13. Still my budget pro till.

@dylanrobinson27 Very similar setup to my neighbours there. Even more similar to mine because of width and packer bar haha.
I’d really like to find some phoenix harrows the same width as this Vibrashank.

@loopholefarms Similar boat in NE AB. Never had much frost all winter then the last snow it locked in and every peat spot or ditch is bottomless currently.
English

If nothing else I’ll get some stuff dried up before the upcoming wet. Heres to crossing all appendages for a start early next week. #agtwitter

@cjschlaudy My 375 (01) I ran into similar issues on proprietary parts for it. Switched to Deere for parts availability when you need it which was unfortunate coming from having Steiger forever. But when something simple goes atleast you can get if aftermarket or change up isn’t possible

Will we be seeding by the 20th? Not sure. But I still wouldn’t trade it for a 9-5. #agtwitter
