@inhandwithdoubt ya its the coolest !!! i miss it lol i graduated two years ago but ya for me scrabble is about appreciating words and finding joy in forming and finding words and gaining a deeper understanding of language :-) its gamifying whats probably your first unnatural skill (written word)

@dyoxyys Wait thats such a cool major no wonder you like scrabble!!! I never really thought about scrabble as a way to focus on the formation of words i always struggled with spelling so i never got into scrabble but this makes me wanna play again lol

@inhandwithdoubt a habit and then a goal. i started going to thrift stores just to find scrabbles . i have 24 now (my fav is scrabble 2007 for the nintendo ds) and almost all of them are secondhand :-))) it just appeals to me to be The Scrabble Guy

@lord_hopper thank you!! we used polyester (fake satin) and made it into bookcloth !! it worked out rlly well it has a rlly cool raised texture . specifically fake liturgical fabric but u can use a lot of different types and styles of fabric to make bookcloth

@dyoxyys it looks so good!! what did you use for the cover material? i'm looking into binding some fics, but i can't decide between fabric and cardstock ;U;

scrabble vintage collection (2005) this one is Gorgeous. solid wood box. velvet letter case. six fold board. i plan on repairing the dents and scratches with like wood filler or whatever. obsessed w this. its on its own shelf now.
