My husband just announced he was going back to the garden store because his evening drip system project has gone south and he needs new supplies and he sounded like a general telling the president the war effort was not looking good.

I need recommendations for thriller novels for an advanced reader who is nonetheless not even 10. It's really hard to find things that fall into both the "kid-appropriate" and "not silly" categories.

@dyrdaisy @codewytch After my first one, every pregnancy I've had standard bleeding for 4-6 weeks and then nothing for a week or two, then a few days of bleeding again from the placenta wound scab sloughing off. I know it's not a period because there's nothing again for months. Maybe it's that 🤷‍♀️

Sometimes metadata tagging for a contemporary arts archive involves looking up obscure art terms for experimental sculpture pieces. Sometimes it involves looking at rarely seen photos of Nirvana at Seattle Sub Pop shows in the late '80s. Today had a little of both.
