As an adult living with #dyspraxia do you suffer from chronic pain or fatigue?

If anyone is interested you can check the website through twitter. @ContentopiaSEO and if anyone needs any help or advice in relation to content or digital marketing and ads. I am only a message away. I hope to be back with a dyspraxic related blog soon. #workingwithdyspraxia

Hello all! I hope the world is treating you well. I have been away from all things dyspraxia - well not away just not blogging about it. I've been working on digital marketing projects with Non profits and charities through a company I set up with my wife.

3 positives 1. Had a chat with my mate on his birthday. 2. Made phone calls I've been putting off. 3. Organised the living room area. #3positives #dyspraxia

@BottomFloer @WyrdWombman That's probably linked to the fatigue. Needing longer to recover in general and especially if you pick up a knock or bump along the way.

@DifferentlyMike A solid 9 hours is my sleeping sweet spot! I relate to those aches and pains. For me, it's my feet that cause the most grief.

@dyspraxicchef fatigue - yep. If I don't get *at least* 8 hours sleep a night my symptoms magnify. After a long day at work I'm knackered. And I get a lot of general aches and paints - lower back, shoulders. Costs a fortune in massage and physio.

@dyspraxicchef Also driving instructors. I've lost count of the amount of times I've had to explain why I've made motor skill related errors, particulary such as gear change, clutch control, after i got asked why I did it, as if it was something which i meant to do.

@DiverseLearners @Natalie_MLW @phoebs_diverse I have tired a white list which is essentially the same thing. A list of postives from the day with no explanation just postive action. It does help but I don't always do it. This is a nice reminder. Thanks..

@dyspraxicchef @Natalie_MLW There's a small group of us doing it. Others drop in and out. No pressure from us. Started doing it more than a decade ago to help @phoebs_diverse reframing the day at school more positively when it was so challenging for her. Do it with my youngest now. Become a family tradition

I've seen the #3positives thing about. It's not easy to do but @Natalie_MLW seems to do it consistently (well done) 1st go & it's not even tea time. 1. Had a chat over a cup of tea with a stranger named Barry. 2. Had a long call with my friend 3. Done a couple hours of work

@dyspraxicchef Always, especially at work, you try to explain but its just not convenient for some people to even try to understand.
