@vmbusinesshelp Hi Virgin Media - we still have no broadband nearly a week after first reporting it. Fault reference F006261715 - can you please provide an update as to when we can expect resolution?
@vmbusinesshelp We had a Virgin Media Business broadband outage since the weekend and still no engineer scheduled to visit despite assurances. Please help!
@vmbusinesshelp I called faults 4 times already - they promised me updates and call from engineer but I am not getting anywhere. I feel that Virgin is not taking responsibility and there is no infromation at all on what's wrong. The fault reference is F006261715. Thank you for helping out.
