I’ve spoken to a few people close to the Pooh Shiesty Gucci Mane robbery case and this is what I keep hearing:
There is no actual evidence of Gucci Mane getting robbed. So the case will hinge on one thing: Gucci Mane taking the stand and saying that they robbed him.
Now here’s the interesting part.
If Gucci says that nothing happened, then he can’t claim that he signed Pooh Shiesty’s release under duress and he will never make any more money off Pooh.
If Gucci does the stand against Pooh, then the contract release gets thrown out and Gucci continues to make money off him. But then everyone will call Gucci Mane a snitch. Like they’re doing now.
So it will come down to Gucci choosing money over his reputation.

Nah, you left out that he didn’t have cable, and that he primarily saw MTV at his friends’ houses.
Having cable in the 90s was a low key privilege that not everyone had. I know several friends who didn’t, and they only saw BET, MTV, Disney, and Nickelodeon at other households

Jay-Z coming forward saying the battle was too much and he’s not sure if the culture should be battling anymore insinuates somebody’s career or personal life was harmed so in my opinion that means people were affected. Kendrick won then went on a world tour, never complained, did the Super Bowl and more. Drake lost and did a lawsuit for defamation while Kendrick smiled and dropped an award winning album, it’s safe to assume Drake was affected much more than Kendrick. To me if you say the battle was bad for the culture but the only one suing for loss and damages was Drake we have to say Drake was affected the most. So to come out and say the battle was bad who was it bad for? Drake. I said “Jay-Z says people were too mean to Drake” because it’s a logical synopsis. That’s the only possible conclusion to make. Jay Z literally is saying the battle rhetoric and obsessive standom was too hard on Drake and he personally didn’t like it. Period.
